Improving Connection on Android Devices
If your random MAC ADDRESS option is ON on your device, you will experience dropouts and disconnections from Clubwifi networks. This is due to the fact your device has automatically changed its MAC Address so the authentication server no longer knows who you are and logs you out. To prevent this, follow the steps below.
Open the Settings app.
Tap Network & Internet.
Tap Wi-Fi.
Tap the gear icon associated with the wireless connection to be configured.
Tap Advanced.
Tap Privacy.
Tap Use device MAC (as shown in the red box here).
